I've had some requests to have the "This Machine" remix EP available on CD, and am now offering it in the store for $5. I've decided at the same time to also lower the price of "Fire Behind Me" to $8 and to offer a combo of the album and the remix EP for $10 (for a savings of $3). Just a reminder that I will be premiering the final cut of my music video for "This Machine" tonight at Machine Night Club in Boston! I'll follow up the video premiere with a live performance. The show at the Galapagos Art Space in Brooklyn, NY, was a great time! Thanks to all who came, and special thanks to the other performers: Devon Perry, Basic Black, Tristan Mayfield, Inanna LeFey, and organizer/performer Charlie. I also must give a shout-out to Nathaniel at the Film Experience, who featured my music video on his blog and who I had the pleasure of meeting in person after knowing him online for years. I'll be performing live at Galapagos Art Space in Brooklyn, NY, on Wednesday night, May 7, with Devon Perry and Charlie! The show is $10 and will be an electro pop burlesque extravaganza so it's going to be a little sexier and quite possibly dancier than my previous shows. This weekend I shot my first music video! It's for the Bad Robot Radio Edit of "This Machine," which is the first track on my new remix EP. The shoot was over two days. Saturday night called for some friends to join me in a welding shop for some dancing, and they tore it up, while Sunday night was all solo shots of me. My director, Dillon Fitton, brought together a great crew and it was a great time! The video should be completed in a few weeks, but for now, check out this slideshow of photos from the shoot!

Be on the lookout late March/early April for the release of my new remix EP for "This Machine." The 6-track EP has the following track list: 1. Bad Robot Radio Edit, 2. Bad Robot Club Mix, 3. Yahzy's Retro Electro Radio Edit, 4. Yahzy's Retro Electro Club Mix, 5. Album Version, 6. Subtraction (non-album track). "Subtraction" was originally considered for "Fire Behind Me" but didn't make the cut, but I've written new lyrics, melodies, and instrumentation to make the song a keeper. The EP will be available as a digital release on iTunes and other MP3 services. I'm also in talks right now to record a music video for "This Machine"!

I'm very excited to announce my upcoming live show at the Middle East Downstairs in Cambridge, MA! I'll be performing Friday, March 7, 9:00 pm as an opener for the band Freezepop along with the Main Drag. The Middle East is one of the best venues for live music in the Boston area so this is a great opportunity. Ticket info will be announced soon.
